We couldn’t think of anything better than pitching a tent and being only a stones’ throw from the Roadshow.
We’re stoked to say that we’ve got campsites available for Saturday 27th Feb at the Warwick BBQ & Beer Roadshow – right on the Warwick Showgrounds!
Buy your Camping Ticket from only $25 per site:
- Camping is on the Saturday night only – roll in and setup from 9am on the Saturday morning and pack up by 6pm on the Sunday afternoon.
- Powered sites
- Toilets/Amenities onsite
- Each site fits a single camper van/trailer or tent with the ability to park your vehicle close by too
- Enter the campsite via Gate 4 at the Warwick Showgrounds
- Campfires are allowed as long as they’re contained, don’t touch the ground and there is no fire ban in the area
- No glass allowed on the campsites
T & C’s AGREEMENT TO HIRE
- a) The Society permits the Hirer use of the Site subject to:
- i) the terms expressly set out in this agreement
- ii) all applicable rules, by-laws and regulations of the Society.
2 The Hirer’s Obligations
- a) The Hirer shall not remove any items such as fixtures and fittings or structures from the Site.
- b) The Hirer shall keep the Site in good repair, order and clean condition at all times during the Hire Period to the satisfaction of the Society.
- c) The Hirer must not cause or contribute to any damage to the Site or the showgrounds generally. Such damage must immediately be made good, at the Hirer’s cost, to the satisfaction of the Society.
- e) The Hirer must use any property, goods, materials, services or information provided by the Society at or on the Site:
- f) At its own risk
- i) Using reasonable care; and
- ii) In accordance with the Society’s instructions (if provided).
iii) The Hirer must not engage in any activity at the Site during the Hire Period which may bring the reputation of the Society into disrepute.
- f) The Hirer must not engage in any activity at the Site during the Hire Period which may be or become offensive, dangerous give rise to undue noise or smell or which in the opinion of the Society may cause annoyance, offence or cause danger to the public.
- g) The Hirer must vacate the Site by the hire end time. If the Hirer fails to do so, the Society may seek costs against the Hirer or impose any other penalties it sees fit.
3 Incident Reporting
- a) The Hirer must immediately notify the Society of any accident or other incident related to the hire of the Site. This includes near misses.
