Gates open at 10am on both Saturday 29 & Sunday 30 June
We suggest you get there when it opens so you can take advantage of all the things the BBQ & Beer Roadshow offers.
ENTRY What does my GA ticket get me?
Your GA ticket gets you ENTRY and from there, you can buy yourself some of Australia’s BEST ‘qued meats, delicious liquid gold brews, food trucks, live music and more.
ENTRY Do I need to print my ticket?
You can bring your printed ticket or ticket on your smart phone for entry.
GETTING THERE: Public Transport
Jump on a train to Cleveland Station and catch a taxi or the 272 bus to the Showgrounds
Buses run from the city to Cleveland and there are plenty of buses from Redland City.
Tell your driver to drop you at the Long Street side of the Showgrounds for quick access to the entrance

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE?
The Bayside BBQ & Beer Roadshow is a Family Friendly Event!
In accordance with Liquor Licensing, minors (anyone under 18 years) must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
If you are over 18 and heading along, make sure to bring one of the following forms of ID:
- an adult proof of age card
- a recognised proof of age card (e.g. Keypass identity card)
- Australian driver licence or learner permit
- foreign driver licence
- passport (from any country).
The ID document must be current and include a photo of the person and their date of birth.
MONEY: Should I bring cash or cards with me?
You can use either CASH OR CARD (EFTPOS/Credit/Debit Cards accepted).
PETS: Can we bring the fur-babies?
We know you love your fur-babies but you’ll need to leave them at home for this one.
TICKETS: I can’t find my ticket!
Before Friday 28th June:
Shoot us an email: email@example.com, we can re-send your tickets. Make sure to tell us your name and email address that was used to purchase the ticket/s.
On the Day:
Bring your photo ID to any of the ticketing operators at the entrance. You’ll also need to let them know what email address was used to purchase your ticket/s.

SHADE & SEATING Can we bring chairs and shade structures?
Camping Chairs and Picnic Rugs – Absolutely
Shade Structures – NO.
We will have some seating and shaded areas provided as well.
MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY Will my photo be taken at the Roadshow, can I take photos?
If you are a professional or semi-professional photographer, videographer or journalist, you must make contact with our media team via firstname.lastname@example.org before you head to the Roadshow to record it. Amateur cameras (such as for example mobile phones) are permitted but images may only be used for private purposes and not public display. At the discretion of the festival organiser, any amateur still and video footage is permitted to be shared on social media. By entering the festival site, you consent to being included in any still, video and/or sound recordings of the festival that may take place and waive all rights to any photograph, image or likeness produced whilst attending the festival and agree for these recordings to be used by the Festival Organiser at their reasonable discretion.
